✏️ Order Changes & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. If your address is flagged as invalid, our support team will contact you within 3 business days.
If we do not receive a response, your order may be canceled.

Noticed a mistake? Email us at Support@WilloPaws.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee edits after this timeframe.


Delivery Delays

Please note: WilloPaws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
