WilloPaws Refund & Cancellation Policy
At WilloPaws, we’re dedicated to helping pets live calmer, happier lives. Our products are backed by science and designed to gently ease stress and anxiety in your furry companions. While we’re confident in their effectiveness, we recommend using your WilloPaws product for at least 14 days before considering a return—this gives it time to work its magic.
🛑 Order Changes & Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and can’t be changed.
If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
💸 60-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you and your pet to love WilloPaws. If after trying it for 14 days you’re still not satisfied, you’re eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 60 days of your purchase.
To begin a return, simply email us at Support@WilloPaws.com or use the form on our Contact Us page. Please include your Order Number, or the name and email used at checkout to speed up the process.
📦 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. A damaged item includes anything physically broken or defective. Minor cosmetic damage to packaging (like dented boxes) with a fully functional product inside is not considered damage.
To request a replacement, email Support@WilloPaws.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a free replacement—no need to ship anything back.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer replacements or refunds for damage caused by regular wear and tear or misuse.
